About ALL PLAYED OUT: First person in her family to go to college? CHECK. Straight A’s? CHECK. On track to graduate early? CHECK. Social life? …..yeah, about that…. With just a few weeks until she graduates, Antonella DeLuca’s beginning to worry that maybe she hasn’t had the full college experience. (Okay... Scratch that. She knows she hasn't had the full college experience). So Nell does what a smart, dedicated girl like herself does best. She makes a "to do" list of normal college activities. Item #1? Hook up with a jock. Rusk University wide receiver Mateo Torres practically wrote the playbook for normal college living. When he’s not on the field, he excels at partying, girls, and more partying. As long as he keeps things light and easy, it's impossible to get hurt... again. But something about the quiet, shy, sexy-as-hell Nell gets under his skin, and when he learns about her list, he makes it his mission to help her complete it. Torres is the definition of confident (And sexy. And wild), and he opens up a side of Nell that she's never known. But as they begin to check off each crazy, exciting, normal item, Nell finds that her frivolous list leads to something more serious than she bargained for. And while Torres is used to taking risks on the field, he has to decide if he's willing to take the chance when it's more than just a game. Together they will have to decide if what they have is just part of the experiment or a chance at something real.

Review by Carmen

I'm going to start this review off with a round of slow claps. No, really. Everyone...please join in.

Cora Carmack has an amazing gift. I loved All Lined up and All Broke Down so much, I knew All Played Out was going to be amazing. Little did I know, All Played Out turned out to be my favorite book in the Rusk series yet! Seriously. It was fan-f*^king-tastic! I want to reread it all over again and relive the feels!

Though it is another book about football, romance, and two completely different people coming together, this book was written in a way that it makes it different from all the others. It was unique and SO fun to read about the two leads!! Nell and Torres are pretty much the epitome of 'opposites attract'. But when their two worlds collide, there's not a doubt that these two were meant to be.

I don't know where to begin because I just want to say everything at once. So I guess I'll start off with the wonderful Mateo Torres.

Mateo Torres was mentioned in the previous books as an overly confident jokester and never took anything seriously (besides football). Not only did he make himself the center of attention off the field, but on the field too. He took risks. Being the wide receiver, if there was an insane catch, he was the one all over it. If there was a party, he was the one who ended up with no clothes on, passed out in the middle of everything. And though it looks like he has everything laid out in front of him, he doesn't. He's hiding something. And that something keeps him at an arms length with every girl he meets. Except for one.

"Nell" De Luca. She's quiet, has straight A's, focused, never settles for second best, and makes a ton of lists. After watching her roommate, Dylan, get sucked up into the world of Silas, a Rusk football player, she had mixed thoughts. She had worked her whole life to get where she was, but was it enough? Needless to say, Nell hasn't done at least 99.9% of the things a normal college student has done.  Therefore, she makes a list, and sets off to finish it before she graduates in two months.

I said this in my review of All Broke Down, and I meant it. Cora has a knack for character growth. These two complimented each other so well!!! It's so hard to explain my love for this book without giving too much away.

So I'll just make my own list of reasons why I loved this book.
1. Hooked from page 1.
2. Female characters who can hold their own.
3. Witty lines that will have you literally have you cracking up.
4. Lines that will draw a straight blush on your cheeks.
5. Hot dudes.
6. Hot dudes with abs.
7. Dudes in spandex.
8. Dudes who end up with no spandex...
9. THE FEELS.
10. Character growth.
11. Couldn't put it down.

Anyways. Before I make this review into a book, I'll sum it all up.
This book is amazing. I recommend everyone 17+ to read this series. I'm a sucker for a happy ending, and Cora never disappoints me.

And don’t miss the first two books in the Rusk University Series
