It was a bad idea from the beginning. He was my brother's best friend and the definition of unavailable. But I didn't care. I had loved him for as long as I could remember. He was worth the risk. He was worth everything. But then he broke my heart as easily as I fell for him. He watched me fall, spiraling out of control, and as I reached for him, he wasn't there to catch me. So I ran. Four years later, I never expected to see him again. He was still my brother's best friend, and he was more unavailable than ever. He looked every bit the bad boy I knew he was, covered in tattoos and a crooked smile. Guarding my heart from him was top priority because Parker James was where good girls go to die. Unfortunately for him, I wasn't a good girl anymore.

"He looked dangerous. He reminded me of a bad habit. He was something I knew I shouldn't want, but I felt myself gravitating toward him regardless."

I've had this book on my TBR list for awhile...(the never ending to be read list), but I just hadn't picked it up yet. And it wasn't that I didn't want to, just review books kept getting in the way. I finally just threw caution to the wild and picked  it up. And boy was I glad. I mean I DEVOURED this book. I started it at 11pm and finished it the next morning. Yes, it is that good!

"I may have been a good girl then, but you destroyed every piece of her. I actually feel bad for Emily, because you, Parker James, are where good girls go to die."

This was my first book by Holly Renee and it totally didn't disappoint. Everything in this book had me devouring pages and left begging for more. Olivia was a good girl, she always had been but that all changed when she fell in love with her brothers best friend... Parker James. He was nothing but a bad boy on the inside, but he treated her like glass and her teenage heart ate every piece of that up. That was until he broke her and she ran.

Parker never knew why Olivia ran and so much as left him without a goodbye. He was so many unanswered questions. But that's all in the past. Parker is a tattoo artist, living out his drawing dreams...imprinting his art on those who pay. He thinks he has everything he could ever want, that is until Olivia is thrust back into his life in a very unwelcoming way.

"I didn't want him to love me tenderly. I wanted him to bury his hands in my hair and get lost in me. I wanted him to bruise my lips and stain my skin with his need."

Olivia never planned on coming face to face with Parker again, especially in these circumstances. But she can't run from him now and she wants him. But she knows she can never have him now. They had their time and now their time has passed. But that doesn't mean they stop loving each other. Are they willing to fight for their love and try again? Or is Parker James really where good girls go to die?

"I would take being bad with Parker James a million times over being good with anyone else."

This was such my kind of book in every way. I wanted more! I still want more! Haha. This book was everything and more. If you love a tattooed bad boy then this is the book for you.
