Release Day + Review: ONE LAST TIME by Corinne Michaels

One Last Time by Corinne Michaels
Release Date: February 26th, 2018
Genre: Contemporary Romance

From New York Times bestselling author, Corinne Michaels, comes a new heartwarming standalone romance.
I'm getting really good at cutting my losses.
First, the husband. Divorcing him was the best decision I ever made. But between single-parenting and job-hunting, I can't catch my breath. When a celebrity blogging position falls into my lap, I'm determined to succeed.
That is, until I get my first assignment and actually see Noah Frazier for the first time . . . practically naked and dripping wet. My heart races and I forget how to form complete sentences. His chiseled abs, irresistible smirk, and crystal blue eyes are too perfect to be real. So, what do I do? Get drunk and humiliate myself, of course.
I'm ready to forget the awkward night, yet Noah has no intention of allowing me to move on. Instead, he arranges for me to write a feature on him, ensuring a lot more time together. One embarrassing moment after another, one kiss after another, and before I can stop myself, I realize-I'm falling in love with him.
But when the unthinkable happens, can I even blame him for cutting his losses?
What I wouldn't give for just one last time . . .

Where to even begin with how amazing this author is?! I mean...if y'all haven't read one of her books, then you need to stop what you're doing and run to get one. I mean run. Her books are literally some of the BEST. I am never disappointed in her books and I know it's going to be jam packed with drool worthy men.

And let me tell you, this one did not disappoint. This book was everything and MORE. I can honestly say that I read this book in one day. I couldn't put it down. I was royally invested in Noah's and Kristin's story. And I definitely didn't want it to end.

"I'm being a nice guy, that's all. It has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that I still smell her shampoo in my nose, feel her skin against mine, and want to hear her laugh."

Kristin thought her life was perfect. Marriage, two kids, stay at home mom, a nice house. She has it all or so she thought. Kristin would have never thought that her and her husband were going to fall out of love, but that's exactly what they did. He became a total douche. And they both had had the end of it. So, now she's newly divorced, moving out with her kids, getting a new job, and meeting a new man. Though the last part was the last thing she needed.

She had just left a man that she had been with for a very long time and she wasn't ready for another one. But something about Noah was different. He made her feel special. Made her feel beautiful and that she was worth something, unlike her ex did. But he's a famous actor. He's the Noah Frazier, ungodly could he want her?

"I'm ready to live. I'm ready to feel. I'm ready to give myself permission to take chances."

Noah's life may be plastered all over the place but he's still a man. And something about Kris holds his attention. Her personality, her ability to let go and be crazy, her smile. He's wild for her and he knows she comes with baggage but he wasn't her. Baggage and all.

But dating a celebrity is going to be anything but easy. Is Kristin ready to put herself out there again and risk getting hurt again? Possibly worse than before. She would never survive the lose of Noah but is it worth the chance.

These two. Gahhh, they are just perfect. I loved everything about this story. All of the characters are so much fun, I found myself laughing instead of crying in this one...which was nice. Since this lady is known to make us cry. But let me tell you, you won't be disappointed in Kristin's and Noah's story. You will be begging for more.
