Book Review: Falling for the Cowboy by Kennedy Fox

Never trust a man who wears nothing more than a cowboy hat and ripped jeans who asks if you'd like to save a horse and ride a . . . well, you get the picture. That should've been enough for me to walk away. I've been warned on several occasions about southern men-with their sexy accents, charming manners, and the ability to easily get any woman in bed-which is something I'll be avoiding. Being a professional photographer has many perks-traveling around the world, calling all the shots, and working with subject matter that isn't bad to look at-but Colton Langston with his washboard abs and baby blue eyes, could care less about my current project. He's trouble, I know it, and he's determined to make me work for every single photo. When I'm forced into riding lessons, I get way more than I ever bargained for, and by the time my trip is over, I'm in too deep. Being with him was thrilling, but falling for him was unpredictable. And ignoring him will be impossible.

Where do I even begin with this book?! Gahh, Kennedy Fox never lets me down when it comes to the perfect read. Life gets crazy sometimes, I know mine does and nothing relaxes me more than a glass of wine and a Kennedy Fox book. This book has everything you could want and more. I'm just sitting here waiting for my own cowboy. Because all I have to say is...damn. Is this cowboy yum and Fox is setting the bar high for my men standards.

Falling for the Cowboy is about Colton and Presley. And man, did these two have be wrapped around their fingers. Presley is a photographer. She travels all over for authors taking book pictures, finding the perfect backdrop and setting, and taking shots for book covers. She loves her job and why shouldn't she. Now a week away at an Inn in Texas is something that she's highly looking forward to and so excited to get all the best country back drop pictures. Her bookstagram loving heart is in heaven.

But little did she know that the Inn was packing some hotties. Left and right she's stunned by all the cowboys. The tight pants and cowboy hats are doing something funny to her. But one cowboy in particular holds her attention. He belongs on the cover of a book.

"I need her. I need her more than sunshine or rain, and the way she holds on to me tells me she feels the same."

Colton used to think he had it all, that he had the good life but watching all his friends getting married and having babies. Has just showed him how much he's missing in life, though he still loves being single and doing whatever he wants. He wanted a wife and baby but things change over time. But one look at the curvy red head staying at the inn makes him want to break all the rules.

Colton and Presley know they don't have all the time in the world because she lives in California and Colton would never leave Texas. But they can't deny the feelings they have for one another the closer they become. But will the time that they do have with each other be enough?

I can tell you right now, it wasn't enough for me haha. I wanted all the words and more pages to devour. This book is simply perfect and packs a punch of feels. And I loved every page.
