Release Day + Review: ALL YOUR PERFECTS by Colleen Hoover

CAN A PERFECT LOVE SURVIVE A LIFETIME BETWEEN TWO IMPERFECT PEOPLE?

The #1 New York Times bestselling author of It Ends with Us—whose writing is “emotionally wrenching and utterly original” (Sarah Shepard, New York Times bestselling author of the Pretty Little Liars series)—delivers a tour de force novel about a troubled marriage and the one old forgotten promise that might be able to save it.

Quinn and Graham’s perfect love is threatened by their imperfect marriage. The memories, mistakes, and secrets that they have built up over the years are now tearing them apart. The one thing that could save them might also be the very thing that pushes their marriage beyond the point of repair.

All Your Perfects is a profound novel about a damaged couple whose potential future hinges on promises made in the past. This is a heartbreaking page-turner that asks: Can a resounding love with a perfect beginning survive a lifetime between two imperfect people?

We loved this book so much that we have another review to share with you. You can read Taylor's thoughts on Colleen's latest release, here. If you haven't already picked this title up, we highly recommend it!
Every. Perfect. Star!!!

Have you ever read a book that touched you in such a profound, almost soul crushing way? Where you didn’t want to keep reading because it hurt so much, but couldn’t stop yourself from reading at the same time? That’s been me from the moment I started reading ALL YOUR PERFECTS by Colleen Hoover.

It’s heartbreaking and devastatingly relatable for me. For so many paragraphs and pages I felt like Colleen had dug into my head and pulled my thoughts, feelings and experiences straight out of it then put them to paper. I sent pictures of some of the pages to my friends and they asked me “WHY ARE YOU READING THAT” knowing how much it would hurt me. There were many times when I felt like it was too much and that I didn't think I could keep reading. But I couldn’t seem to stop myself from continuing.

I’m not a fan of trigger warnings so I'm not going to state what the trigger is, just that there is one. I personally like to go into Colleen’s books blind. I almost never even read her synopsis before starting a book. Even if I had read this one, it wouldn’t have prepared me for what I was about to go through. I will say this, anyone who has been married for more than just a few years will be able to relate to this story. Regardless of whether you've been through this couples particular turmoil.

Colleen has written one of the most beautiful and important stories that I’ll ever read. I feel that this story needed to be told and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to do it justice. It was real and raw and everything I needed but didn’t want to read. I’ve lived this life, so thank you for writing about (spoiler) and doing it right!

Are you going to see Colleen on tour?
We can't wait to meet her!
