From Samantha Towle, the New York Times bestselling author of Wardrobe Malfunction and Breaking Hollywood, comes a dramatically powerful and passionate new contemporary romance.

And the new heavyweight champion of the world is...

Those are the words that Zeus Kincaid has been waiting to hear since he first put on a pair of boxing gloves. He just didn’t think they would come with a tragedy that would change how he viewed the sport forever.

Cameron Reed was in her second year at Juilliard when her childhood sweetheart, Zeus Kincaid, walked away from her. A few months later, Cam realized that she would never fulfill her dream of dancing for the New York City Ballet.

Now working as a dancer in an upscale club in Manhattan, Cam is brought face-to-face with the man she once loved. And it’s her turn to walk away from him.

After five years of missing Cam, Zeus isn’t prepared to let her go again. But when he finds himself standing on her doorstep the next morning, things don’t go quite as he expected…

"Because it's what I do when I fight. Lose myself. I forget everything and everyone. Forget my regrets, my mistakes. I forget her."

Towle is one of my favorite authors ever. She never fails when it comes to an amazing romance and a sexy male lead. And it's no surprise to anyone that fighting books are my favorite. I absolutely die for them. And when I saw that she was writing one I may have done a little dance, some squealing, and jumped at the chance to review.

"And, as time went on, Zeus said I was his peace in the chaos that was his life. I was his little dove. And I believed him. Until he decided he no longer needed his dove, and he stripped me of my wings and left me to die."

And let me tell you...this book is everything. I read this book in one sitting.

Ruin follows the story of Cameron and Zeus. These two were childhood sweethearts, leaning on each other for everything, and she followed him every step of the way toward his fighting goals. But when he calls to leave her...her world is rocked and she's left alone. Without the love of her life. Heartbroken.

"And his eyes...they were the first things I noticed about him. If I had to give them a color, I'd say azure. The bluest of blue. Eyes with the depths of the ocean. You stare into them, and they give away nothing but make you feel everything."

Zeus finally has everything he wants. He's the best of the best. Everyone wants to be him and everyone wants him. But he's never forgotten about his dove, his Cameron. And now he wants her back. Driven more than ever he finds her, where he least expects her and he isn't planning on letting her go.

"Because when you love someone - really love them - you fight for them. You fight hard and dirty, no matter the cost to yourself."

Cameron and Zeus are in for the fight of their lives but can they make it through all the rounds or will they throw in the towel and give up?

This two will leave you in a pool of feels on the floor begging for more.
