Review: OwlCrate - A Book Subscription Box!
Today we are bringing you a review of a new(ish) YA book subscription box - OwlCrate! I received an OwlCrate as a promotion in exchange for an honest review, but it's a box I'll be ordering for myself again.
I love the packaging, first of all - which sounds really dumb, but appearance matters!
Here's what showed up in my OwlCrate for April 2015!
The theme was "All The Feels" - which is pretty perfect for me, being that contemporary romance is my number 1 go-to read.
Inside my box I had...
A pendant necklace from Forever Always Designs, that threw back to one of my favorite contemporary reads in the history of ever - The Fault In Our Stars by John Green! I love that this is a handmade item from Etsy, as I'm a frequent flyer there. It's a super cute pendant, too!

The next item in my box, was one I've always wanted to try - a candle from From The Page - and while it's not my most favorite scent ever, I love the candle itself, and am intrigued to try some of the scents that might better suit my nose. :0)

My favorite swag item from this box was a bookish tote bag from Bookworm Boutique. I'm a tote bag junkie, and this tote is made of quality material and is super, super freakin cute. I took it to RT 2015 and it was a huge hit!

The book and book swag was from author Moriah McStay. Her debut novel EVERYTHING THAT MAKES YOU, was included in the box, along with a signed bookplate, bookmark, and a sticker.

So, as you can see, the box is packed full of bookish goodies, along with a book that matches the theme for the given month. You can get owlcrate starting at $29.99 + shipping, and you'll get items that equal that subscription cost + much more.
The total value in my box was somewhere around $55 (estimated)!!!
You have to act fast though, because once the boxes are gone for the month, they're gone. You'll need to join the wait list to make sure that you get a notification about when the next box will go on sale!
